Thank you for taking the time to visit this site. My name is Randy Segura. I have been painting and doing art in the Denver area for over ten years. One of the first murals that I did was in a jazz club in Lodo. The Key Club was a great experience and offered some positive exposure for my art. Around that time I realized art was it, and over the years many opportunities came my way. I even helped run an art gallery in a vibrant arts district. Myself and many other people in the area painted a mural on the side of a local business. The Tennyson Hardware murals convinced me. I loved working in the community, helping them create Community art.
Here are some of the facts;
I have experience painting murals and signs in the Denver area for over a dozen years. Most of my Community Art Projects have been me paying it forward to the community. I enjoy what I do, and hopefully that extends outward through my art. If you have an idea, lets talk you never know I might just do the job for free!

Thank you for taking the time
to view my site.
I have always had a strong
desire to create. To me the
process of doing art is where
the real power lies. I have seen
it in myself, and many others
in the community projects I
have done. Other artists know,
there is power in the process
and change in the creation. I
love doing this. I appreciate
you letting me share my art
with you!

It has been an exciting time this past year! This is
by far the largest Community Art Project that I
have ever had the honor of working on. There
has been a great response from those in the
neighborhood. I have met so many wonderful
people who give good compliments about the
work and the fact that it is getting done.
We have been given permission to paint this
mural, and all the supplies are donated. All
contributors are volunteering their time to make
sure this is completed and done in a timely
manner. WE NEED HELP!!
There will be an open participation time coming
up in Aug. Please join with other people in your
neighborhood on August the 1st. during the
Artwalk, and again on the 2nd starting at 10am.
Children especially welcome.
Remember you will be painting. If you want to
participate all that I ask is that you have paint
clothes on and come ready to work!
To help out: contact me or just show up!

This mural celebrates Cesar Chavez and the legacy he left on people to work together and strive for a better world helping to make our environment more beautiful. This is my way to help bring a community together enriching lives with a common effort towards a simple goal of painting a mural.
